I received an offer letter from TCS back in 2022, and I can still see that same offer letter on the iBegin portal under the same email ID. Recently, I attended another interview and was asked to upload documents again on the iBegin portal. I'm confused—since my 2022 offer letter is already there, how will I receive a new offer letter for 2025?

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now.
