Alright, feeling pretty over SaaS software after two back to back layoffs and AI making companies greedier. New industries to try? I’m in comms/marketing.

I just was just laid off as part of a company wide RIF. I haven’t yet signed my severance agreement and want to know if anyone has successfully negotiated their severance payout? Any pointers?

Being laid off is painful enough. Receiving hundreds of rejections is crushing. Then add Ghost Jobs and it makes me want to leave tech forever.
