I think I've learned a lot about how resilient I am, and that I'm actually not THAT sensitive to rejections. I have definitely learned how to have a tough skin, how to ask for feedback from anyone who will give it, etc. I have still not landed a job in the last 3 months but I know I'm getting better with every application and interview

That is a great skill, and nothing exercises that rejection resilience quite like a job search in this market lol
I learned that I was quite naive about never getting laid off or saving enough money for those type of situations. Otherwise surprisingly I've grown to not take setbacks like a layoff as a personal attack or feeling like I'm worthy of having a job. It can feel like that in the job-hunting stage when you’re mass applying and being rejected.

That's awesome, it sounds like you've had a lot of growth from this!
Its taught me that I am more resourceful and resilient than I ever thought I was. I got laid off and instead of going into self pity mode I immediately started reaching out to contacts and trying to find something new. It hasn't been easy but I know it will pay off.

I love that! I got stuck in the self-pity trap in the early stages so I'm glad you were able to bypass that in favor of being proactive
