What would be the case for promotions with Tier 1 ratings? YOE: 3 ; Advisory. A to SA promotion.

Is getting a mid year promotion better than year end. I have heard for mid year promotees year end rating is capped at T3.

Let me know your thoughts/experience.

I don't think it would help, it's already done. Only options are either ask after some month for better hike next year or look outside.

If we ask RL and if the % is not satisfied will there be any chance of negotiation in hike?

4% hike, M, Tier 2, 6 % bonus. Joined in last December.

Any SAs who got promoted last year and were moved to the ₹12 LPA bracket? Have you received your hike numbers yet?

My RL is a team director of 200-250 folks and is not reaching out as is super busy.
Any other way to know your numbers or need to wait only?
