If you are less than 80% compliant, then 10% straightaway deducted from your bonus.
Example: if your bonus is 15% then you will recieve only 5%.

If your compliance is <20% then 10% will be deducted
20-50% there will 5% deduction
>50% no deduction
Is this % absolute? If initial bonus was 5%, then after10% deduction, chances are bonus will be zero or 4.5%

Yes there was a mail regarding bonus percentage deduction which was shared with the RLs

My project colleague who was not compliant for 60% of the time, got 2.5% deduction in bonus. RL informed about deduction
