Hey everyone!! Hoping I can get some insight on HRCM platforms like PeopleGuru. Does anyone have experience using this platform in a cannabis company? We are desperately needing yo streamline and entertaining the idea of switching from our current systems (3 at least, to the do the job of 1). I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class...
