Hikes are less, only 7% at Tier 2. It is varying between 5% and 15% at Tier 2 or even Tier 1, but all depends on the current CTC. For reference -
A - Upto 15 lpa

Workday is currently in maintainence. That means results are being uploaded over the weekend. Be ready to check either from Sunday night or Monday.
