I joined pwc as a senior associate back in 2019 and am still in the same position last year I suppose to be promoted to SA2 unfortunately that roles have gone away from the firm. Now when can I expect to be promoted to the next role? Any advise 🙏

So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?

My Partner doesn’t like me personally but he needs me on his team due to my knowledge and relationships. I have an offer for 15K more than I currently make. Should I ask him to match? (B4)

I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE?
