How is utilisation being calculated? Not meeting expected utilisation, default rating.
It feels unfair that even strong project work isn’t enough without firm initiatives/reinvestment — leading to poor ratings. Project work itself is demanding; how can everyone manage extra tasks too?
RL expects everyone to lead, even in a team of 1, but whom to lead? Favouritism in deciding tier is clear. Just working hard on projects won’t get you a good rating without firm-level visibility.

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?
