My current ctc is 32 with variable and 10.3 yoe with azure tech stack . how much ctc i can expect from tcs ? pls help

EVERYONE : The Compensation letters got released last night. The same is also now available on Ultimatix.

Raise is applicable from April but will reflect from June's payroll. Wow!!

As mostly everyone mentioned this year hike will be around 7-10 percent for A band ....but they have given only 5.6% hike 😞 is this the normal? As this is my first annual appraisal

Instead of increasing your salary. They are just increasing the Health insurance premium amount. CTC increased in numbers in very well

this year(2026-27) I got c2 Band but my IPF was 4.27.

Guys I think we are bit wrong... Gratuity is out of CTC...so your actual increment is bit higher what you got... 1% extra which was previously added in ctc

Seems Performance pay is now linked with WFO what was earlier linked to Performance bonus

Got 9% for consecutive 5th A Band - C2 Grade BFSI unit

Previously variable quarterly.. now its changed to per annum😡

Got A Band received 6.07% hike but there seems to be some change in new ctc gratuity is not part of ctc so if we look annual ctc increase factoring gratuity change it comes around 6.97%
