Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line? Also - for any FDA lawyers out there, what is the problem with developing makeup (specifically foundations) with SPF? I've heard it's "heavily regulated." What do I need to be aware of? HiAll, My lead resigned and my manager informed me just 2 weeks before her lwd on this and asked me to take up all their responsibilities. I don't think this is not a professional way to handle things and KTs are not properly given. I'm really worried if this will affect my career. I'm not really interested to work in this project. I have tried many ways to release me from this project . But manager is really amendment to release as there is no senior member in the team.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

Current designation is System Engineer and role tagged on Ultimatix is Developer.

Assigned to a project as BA (orally, on paper it's just Team Member). Raised a re-fitment request to HR.

Please throw some light on the re-fitment process and what I can expect depending on my qualification.
