TCS HR policies are increasingly being viewed by employees as unfair and discouraging. One major concern is the reduction in monthly salary during bench periods, where employees reportedly receive only a minimal payout, almost like a daily-wage setup, with only the basic salary component being credited. In some cases, the remaining amount is reduced drastically.
Another concern is the quarterly salary review and monitoring process, especially impacting employees working from home while handling genuine emergency situations. Many employees feel that such policies lack empathy and flexibility.
HR teams continue to conduct employee engagement sessions, but as usual, most employees hesitate to raise real concerns during official meetings. However, outside these meetings, discussions and dissatisfaction among employees are quite common.
