25k (22%~) - I like my gig, I like my WLB, but I could always use more cash. I wouldn’t make a move for something to hardly impact my take home though, especially with uncertain working conditions, etc.

Tbh I really like my job it’s low stress and wlb is great. Pay is okay and it’s enough, sometimes I do wonder if I should take another job but at what cost.
I’d consider leaving for 25-30% more.

At least 40%. I work 100% remote with awesome benefits and great wlb. RSU grants and generous 401k. It would have to be a hefty raise for me to leave.
