For anyone that is interested, the Celsius first bankruptcy hearing is going on now and will likely have repercussions and could set precedents across other similar cases. These are the key considerations, at least a few of which IMO are absolutely reprehensible.
It does sound at least like the judge and Kirkland (lawyers) are leaning towards ruling in favor of the folks with custody accounts.

Oh that’s tricky. Because there’s a good chance it is a virus. Or it could be a legit job. Did they say what company they’re looking to hire for? Because then you can just look at that companies website and see what job openings they have.
Yes. I put the message into chat gpt and even that told me that it wasn’t legit.
Here’s the message that was sent to me:
I came across your profile on ZipRecruiter and was impressed with your qualifications. I think you'd be a great fit for my Data Entry Clerk position at Oak Valley Hospital, LLC in Tampa, Florida. Chat gpt said that the site didn’t even appear to be hiring remote jobs and the address seemed a bit off.
Here’s what chat gpt said:
Because the real Oak Valley Hospital is in California — but the job email you got said “Tampa, Florida” — this strongly suggests that the job opportunity is not legitimate. It appears to be using the name of a real hospital to create a false listing.
That geographic mismatch is a classic red flag when verifying job / recruiter legitimacy.
