Don't understand why is a section of employees (entry level) hell bent to spoil Persistent's name. It is still a dream company to many.

Layoffs is Industry's norm specially post covid time. In last 2 yrs alone more than 4.25 lakh IT employees have been fired globally which includes the likes of Tech giants like Amazon, Google, Meta, IBM, Salesforce, Tesla, Twitter, PayTM etc.

But their employees don't go screaming in every possible forum.
