I am considering joining Persistent Systems and wanted to understand the current WFO compliance policy.

1. Is there a strict requirement to stay in the office for 8 hours, or is attendance counted based on swipe-in?
2. If someone comes to the office for only 1–2 hours, is it considered compliant?
3. Does the company send automated mails for WFO non-compliance?
4. How strictly do managers track office attendance?

How much household income should be to buy $1M house? Also what is the approximate down payment? I know 20% is the ideal but how much do people typically pay.?
