How do you hire for a role that fluctuates? I currently am the designer + support specialist @ my job. Sometimes support takes up all my time and design projects get pushed back. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I’m 21. Maybe I just got lucky, but working in Apple retail was an incredible experience. I was only there for 7 months, but it was enough time to know it’s a place filled with love and laughter. Walking in other Apple Store’s I can feel the energy and I genuinely believe my store was unique. Managers cared and coworkers were connected. I’m going to miss talking about Apple with people, but definitely not helping indecisive assholes try on 30 different Apple Watch bands; they can suck my balls.
