I had a managerial round this morning and the status in the portal changed to offer in progress in the evening.

Is there going to be a HR call or what's next and how much time is it going to take to release the offer?

I submitted my PHT on 23rd June and yet to get any response from Deloitte USI. Status is “offer in progress”. Is this delay normal ? Is anyone aware what is happening ?
