I work in a product company, Deloitte has offered me a role for functional consulting with a 42% hike.
My current company is great in all ways especially the work life balance except for compensation. If my current company agrees to match the offer. Would it be helpful to stay or join Deloitte? Growth is a lil slow here, but I do get to learn. How would the wlb be in deloitte for a functional consultant in Deloitte?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

Hello fellow fishes, currently I am working as an Information Security Consultant and wanted to switch my career into Cloud Security.

I have around 6+ years of experience in Information Security which includes ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2 and PCI DSS.
I have also done some cloud certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-500, AWS Specialty Security and currently preparing for CCSK and CCSP.
Can anyone provide with any suggestions through which I can switch my career.
