Not even trying to pepper in any kind of black people for the agency photo op. This industry is still ripe with blatant racism. These highly awarded creative agencies don’t give a shit. It’s 2022. He’s proud of a creative agency with no black creatives and showing it off with no shame. This industry rewards this kind of behavior. So sick of it.
