I didn't even get any call for L2, I asked HR about feedback over mail, and she replied it's positive and will get in touch, this is 3 weeks ago. I am guessing they have ghosted.

Cleared L1 interview and HR informed feedback is positive and Talent team will get in touch with me but after that 3 week passed and no response.

Are they ghosting?
