Just wanted to ask about the ACLH (Average Completed Learning Hours) which is set at 60 hours per year for me so would like to know if it is calculated from April to March of next year or from January to December or January to October. I joined in April this year so wanted to know if it is considered for ratings and hikes if someone is eligible. I have completed my mandatory trainings though but that does not suffice to even 20 hours. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
