I’ve cleared the interview rounds and completed the HR discussion at Capgemini. Also, submitted the required documents for the BGV process about 1.5 weeks ago

Since then, I haven’t received any update from HR, and they’re not responding to my emails or calls.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? After document submission, how long does the BGV process usually take, and when is the offer letter typically released?

Any insights would be really helpful.

Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
