Hello all, what to choose between Cognizant and Deloitte india?
Deloitte gave 38% while cognizant gave a 58% hike.

How much hike I can expect? I was promoted to AM(consultant) I have 3.8 yoe and my current CTC is 8.34 lpa.

I have got 13.74 lpa after promotion to DM.
Should i resign ?

I am working with DI for the last 3.5years as a consultant (t&t). didn't get the promotion(I was expecting though 🙃) how much Hike to expect?
