Am in a dilemma. am in negative status PIP in Deloitte. Its going to be over in 15 days. I have a offer with Kyndryl (IBM one) with a 70 percent hike whose joining is 23 July. I am in talks with companies like mphasis, talentica, tcs where hr round is done and negotiation in progress, but all of them mostly are offering only hike of max 35-40 percent.

Is it wise that I resign after getting salary this month, or what to do to make most. I have emi's and loans too, 29 years old.

Anyone taken the CFE or CIA? Feedback is appreciated with respect to review courses and prep time. Thanks.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.

Can someone explain the LTA policy? What happens if I don't claim any travel bills? Can I claim it as a taxable component monthly?
