Hi I am a 26 yr old patient account specialist making about 45k for a physical therapy company., that I have been with for 3 years. I’m now looking to for a 10-15k pay raise. Elevance is a company I’d like to get into for potential growth. My resume is available upon request, and any advice would be truly appreciated.

An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. Hey fishes- can someone please help me to understand how much time bny takes to process the offer letter after all discussions are done. For me it's been more than a month and still they say we are on it.

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." HR pulled me in to say a coworker complained about me talking about hit-lists, and they were now scared. HR wouldn't say who complained, so do I have a right to ask about the resolution to this?
