Variable pay I have received 3 % . at least whatever committed in offer they should give Bt below expectation.
We got reward fr working on weekends.😂

Any E or F grades want to mention their CTC. Do they get paid great salaries like 80 lpa to 1cr+ because many are referrals? How's the growth?
