I know some people are frustrated, initially when I joined lloyds, i also thought the same, micromanagement, hybrid work and project allocation, but now things settled for most of the projects. Trust me if you are a good developer you won't even take pressure in these projects. It is very easy compared to projects i worked on earlier. Not sure it is based on projects, most of these projects are very easy.
Note: this is not a paid comment 🙃
Yes, initially they will be recruited from unique hire as a contract employee. After they will be converted to lloyds fulltime based on agreement. Sometimes the agreement can be 6 months or 9 months. It may take time to be converted to Lloyds full time because of the delay in the process. I know many people who have been converted to full time.
Yes it's correct
Minor correction it's not 50% it's more than 80%. Too much micromanagement . Worst practices followed by engineering lead. Still they are hiring not sure what they will do if attrition will increase
What happened. Can you please explain. It will help people who are going to join
How do you know
Engineering leads also planning to leave?
Why they will leave man, they are the one who created employee to frustrate much
I don’t think so people will not have outside opportunities that much and if they get good hike here they will not leave fr sure.
Are the projects financial related or any other ?
