So my company has operated an aggressive pay-cut scheme that will run from April to December 2020. The reduction scheme ladder up to 35% cut and is renewable in 2021. It hurts deep, but we all have to make a collective effort to avoid redundancy, right? BUT is it OK then that the company is still paying dividends to shareholders?
