Did you check the email that was sent on full year results? I think for Grades upto E the percentages are fixed based on three performance category and prorated based on the date of joining. Anyways at Grade E (assumed based on your designation which is same as me) we know the GPS percentage is max upto 5% and ppl who joined in Jan 2024 would have got somewhere closer to that and ppl joining in the later months would subsequently got lower based on their DOJs.
Your manager will give your final numbers during the discussion. However, to know the percentages refer to the email which we got on Feb 20th which reads full year results.

It's full year go and search in gps and one time payments in workday. It will be there
Yes, you can find it on workday. Looks like UK company will only pay like this, better to join US based company. At least we can expect better variable pay

How you got only 3%? Did you join only for portion of the year? Then it's prorated
10 months . They ignored the joining month of March. Such a cost cutting never seen. Lost trust on organization
What was the bonus % in your offer letter? And did you calculate 3% of what in offer letter or 3% even from the prorated amount?
They are not giving good hike for this year . My manager said it's normal hike don't expect too much
