Can some one comment an aproximate % hike and bonus ?
Not sure on Hike coz this is the first appraisal year for LTC.
Don't expect much. They are very strict in budget

Standard hike fr everyone it will be same.

Are you kidding me ?? 30 % with out any promotion!!
I heard that the hike standard for everyone will be 4.5% and exceed expectation is 6%.
So bad didn't expect product company ll have this least hike avg numbers which is even less than service based companies.
Not really, they can't dare to give such hike. Please wait till March 7. Might be they should consider pro rata based : if you joined dec they might give 4.5 % . If they give for whole year. I am the first person to resign on spot
4.5% was given as a standard hike last year and at the time of that decision the org was just 2 months old where all of us just joined and not even allocated to projects. This year I am sure it will not be the case.
