I got selected in the Oracle, but HR is saying that it takes multiple approval and will take time and before the hiring manager should approve it for further process.

Joining other company after 3 months of wait. HR is not replying to emails, not picking calls. Little disappointed.

I already asked them 10 lpa CTC . But now i beleive i should have expected more than 10 lpa.
