I have got offer from Oracle GSC but hike is not good. I currently work at Deloitte USI at 13.8 lpa fixed and Oracle is giving me 15.7 lpa fixed. I have 3.4 yoe. Should I switch?

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
