Finally Oracle didn’t honour their verbal agreement of the offer letter. My application status changed to Not retained from Under consideration. Now i understand why HR is not even picking up the phone calls. They initiated and completed the BGV for me but finally they closed the position and didn’t honour their promises.

Yeah usually Oracle takes time to release Offer in the past. However the waiting time this time has prolonged to a max of 4 months. Adding to the woes were two rounds of major layoffs.

Looking to get back into shape and gain some strength. i’m looking for recommendations for a workout plan and calorie intake.

I plan on gaining mass/strength/muscle for the next 4 months. I’ll be in some sort of calorie surplus. then I plan on cutting for two months before a wedding.
