Remote in Tech

I have decided to accept another offer that offered national tiers for compensation. How many or you have reduced pay based on your location, and would you leave for an offer that had a national tier?

Why oh why do "remote" positions for US employers require FTEs to physically live in the United States??? I want to know the real reason.

Do any of your companies offer coworking benefits? For instance if you’re fully remote, do they offer a monthly stipend to be used at coworking locations near you? Or anything similar in nature?

Has anyone noticed that you’re more depressed working fully remote? Having a quiet and non collaborative team is really making me think if I would prefer a hybrid position.
