For me it depends on how you define projects. I've definitely spent more time on my main project 'ME' since transitioning to full remote. My days feel far less crammed without a commute on a subway, thats for sure!
It's been much easier for me to stay motivated on personal projects since working remotely. On my slow days, I might write a blog post or work on a personal coding project. When I was working in the office, I was usually too tired at home to really want to do anything else except just chill and zone out.
