Has your company stated anything about training in-person employees to better work with and include remote team members as your company goes back to having some employees in office? Mine says they will but I’ll still a little worried.

Hello, I am new here:) I am currently a restaurant owner who is the only employee. Due to COVID and people not wanting to work (and living in a very small town) I do the cooking, serving and management of it all. Now I am looking for a work from home job because I am now expecting and would like to be home more for our new baby. I have been looking for about a month now, and applied some places but it’s hard coming into this blindly and there seems like there is a lot of scam companies.

What are people's thoughts of the Roger's park area? Will be able to get a nice 2 bed up there and use 1 for an office while I work from home. All other places in my price range south r sml studio/1bd

Is anyone else struggling heavily with feeling isolated from WFH 24/7? I graduated/moved/started my job a year ago & feel like I’m missing so many opportunities to build rapport with people at work. I moved back home for the time being, since I don’t want to be alone in my apt for months on end. I feel very alone because so many people on my team are always talking about how they wish we could WFH forever. I feel like the only one whose mental health is not taking this very well.
