I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? I run the branch, I'm responsible for coaching, maintaining attendance, and dealing with verbal and written warnings, and termination. Hi y'all! How flexible is your remote workplace is when it comes to where you live and how frequently you move? Do they expect you to stay in your city/province/state, or do they allow you to go full digital nomad? Do you wish your employer's policy would change?
