I was put on permanent remote, so I said F* it I’m moving to Boulder, CO where I can mountain bike every day after work and backpack on weekends. A lotttttt of transplants had the same idea. Wouldn’t change it for anything now that I’m here.
I am permanently remote! Would love to move to the East Coast, preferably New Hampshire/Maine/Rhode Island. It's absolutely beautiful there. Currently in AZ and the trees just aren't the same.
I took a remote position largely for this reason. We're going to move closer to my wife's family so we have a little more help with the kiddo. I'd never have been able to do that without a remote position.
Not to the point that I can do this just, but working toward it: goal is to get a tiny home on wheels or a nice RV and live in an area for a few months then travel and find another area and do the same. PO Box / UPS store for a ‘permanent address’ that will forward mail weekly to where I am. That’s the goal. Hopefully by end of this year.
I would love to go permanently remote but my company currently doesn’t allow it. So now I’m currently looking for mobile design roles that are fully remote. Any suggestions? That would be great guys. Thanks!
I’m permanently remote living in a high cost area. Hoping to be able to move to a cheaper area in about 5 years.

I'm kind of considering being nomadic. Maybe stay in o e place for a year and try another place when I get bored. I mean, why not when I can work as long as I have internet.
I like that concept. It gives the opportunity to check out different locals, which makes it ez to decide where you want to retire to when the time comes.
I am permanently remote and would love to live 6 months in Turkey and 6 months in Canada (where I currently live)
I am looking for permanently remote position that is no tied to US time zone or is subjected to European time zones. Any recommendations of companies hiring for data analyst or junior data analyst positions? My work place is and has been quite toxic and lately micro managing "everyone". My health can't take it anymore NEED RECOMMENDATIONS: companies hiring remote data analyst
I really wish I was. Reconsidering everything at the moment. It’s rough
