Hi everyone,
Currently working on my MLO license in CA, and wanted to know what path to take once I am done. Should I join a brokerage ? A bank? A credit Union ? Help !!

Has anyone had any luck landing an Underwriting job with 20 years experience? I do not have FHA/VA experience, The banks I worked for did not uw these loans locally

So in our industry it’s pretty common that you’ll be walked out if you give two weeks notice. Should I give my employer 2 weeks out of common courtesy or give them the same respect they’d give me?
