MS offer of financial analyst / middle office director for about 150k in MD . Good or nah? Is this too low ? YOE is 3.5 yrs 😬 . Currently making $85,000 + 20% bonus at 37.5 hr work weeks . Currently work for a large publicly traded company. Bonuses are paid out in the end of Q1 and are typically around 10-12% of your salary. I'm curious as to what year end bonus structures look like at other large companies for finance positions?

Comp talks. I feel like I'm being gaslighted by management. From working at other investment banks, i recall comp being discussed re: bonuses specifically as I've never heard of base being cut. I received a verbal offer on Nov 4th from Citi and was negotiating salary within the first couple of weeks of the verbal. After the recruiter went to the hiring manager with my request I haven’t heard back after sending several follow up emails. I see they reposted the req on LinkedIn and the position is still in business review on the Citi careers site. Should I assume I am not getting this offer anymore? Part of me feels like I’m dodging a bullet from this process alone.
