What is the bench period for C1 grade in sogeti BU?

On the bench how many days need to report to the office?and if I got any offer outside so 3 months np or early release possible?

I have offer letter from Capgemini and accept it . But last moment I got a better offer . Now if I not join Capgemini what will happen?
