I’m currently working at Capgemini, where the official notice period is 90 days. However, I’m not getting many interview calls due to the long notice period. When I mention a 30-day notice to recruiters, they point out that Capgemini’s standard notice period is 90 days.

Could anyone please suggest practical ways to get an early release — ideally within 30 days?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.
