Had a very bad experience with CG HRs. Attended the interview in the first week of Sep, got selected and finally released the offer last friday. Had already informed them before interview that my NP is 90days. But they released offer asking me to join in 80. WTF? Now to change the joining date they are asking proof that I had resigned from company. How can a person will resign without a proper offer in hand? Such a senseless people i was dealing with for one last month.
