My friend with 5 yoe in Cognizant recently joined CG. HR said his salary will be 12L fixed but he is getting only 80 something in hand in payslip also it is showing as 90 something. May I know the reason? I also got offer from CG for same salary. Will this be same in my case as well. Anybody please help
