Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Additionally, I am currently a JAG attorney and studying for my CAMS, hoping to take that exam in the next month or two. Any advice or referrals for anyone I can talk to learn more about the field? I am interviewing for an in-house role that I am really excited about, but they require 5 days in office. I have young kids, and these last few years of remote work and flexibility have really been crucial in helping manage it all. Has anyone else made this transition back to full time in office and do you regret it?

Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. I have total 4years of experience (joined my current company last year). Current package is 7.5LPA.
I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. In my current company my ctc will be revised on January,2023  as i am not completing 365 days before July 1(only missing for a couple of days). What should i do right now? What should be my ctc

Anyone have any insight on the Orlando staff counsel offices for GEICO or State Farm? I currently work at an established insurance defense firm, but am looking to switch for a better work life balance. How is compensation for a 4th year attorney? Should I expect better work life balance working as staff counsel? My understanding is that I should, but I wanted to see if anyone had experience with either office.
