Are any Consulting firms hiring H1Bs in US? Came across job postings from OW, Alix but they all mention they don't want any H1Bs. Want to move from Deloitte.

Does anyone here have an experience of filing an EB1A or NIW petition. A law firm suggested me to first do a NIW petition and then follow it up with EB1A. Is it a good strategy to do it this way because NIW is more certain and gets a place in the line? Am I missing something? Should I instead file an EB1A directly?

Also, any good law firm suggestions for EB1A petitions based academic credentials? Thanks for the help
