It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. You Trump supporters just be posting to post. You don’t have no essence or substance to your viewpoints. You just be talking out of your rear ends. Then you all just lie and accept it. When someone else may lie or do something wrong the world on fire. You all point of view is so slavish. All you want to do keep American the same: to be unfair to a large portion of the population.

So today my transition is complete. I went from voting mostly republican and for McCain to voting straight down Democrat this year. Its wild how the world changes.

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?
