Change is all I can suggest tbh.
Change in itself can be stressful but if the current situation you're in is taking a toll on the quality of your life, I would try and find what makes you most unhappy at the moment and try and address it as best as possible.
When my work asked me to go into the office during pandemic, I decided to find a fully remote job.
When my job didn't pay enough, I decided to find a workplace that paid more and also offered continued education.
When I feel depressed from isolating for too long, I took long walks and joined forums to talk to people on.
It's very rare everything goes right in life. Life is a constantly balancing act.
This is great advice. Changing something is the only way to change the situation.
Many people go through the same situation, I think no one has a guide of what exactly we should do, if you feel very drowned between all the stress you can seek professional help or talk to someone you trust, sometimes letting it all out is a great help.
You can take some time for self-care and relaxation. This will help to refocus and reenergize you. Talk to your supervisor about your situation and see if there is any way they can help lighten your load. Finally, don't be afraid to ask for help from friends or family members. They may be happy to lend a hand.
There isn't anything you can do. Your work is going to suffer and there isn't anything you can do about it. Until you take a break and some time to reassess and think about how to get better, your work won't get better.
If you feel like you are struggling to keep up with your work, it is important to speak to your supervisor. They may be able to offer you some help or resources to make things easier. Remember, even if they're your coworkers, they care about your wellbeing so you can perform accordingly!
You may want to consider speaking to a therapist or counselor who can help you manage any mental health issues you are experiencing. Also, if you are feeling overwhelmed financially, there are organizations that can provide assistance.
I'm sorry you're going through that. Are there any changes you can make that would ease the situation? Cut your cost of living somehow? Do more self-care like walks, hobbies, time to relax?
