Not to knock this recruiter, but I really think we’ve lost track of what a Senior Producer vs. an EP is.

This recruiter (or agency) is looking for a Senior Producer with the experience of an Executive Producer. They just don’t want to pay for an EP. So they don’t even know what they’re looking for.

Things like this is how people are set up for success or failure. Recruiters need to be better, and agencies need to know what they’re looking for.
